Shipping and Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact Customer Service at (800) 888-1232 within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Customer Service will issue you a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) to reference for the return shipment. Please write this number on the shipping label or on a note inside the box for proper identification and ease of credit issuance. You will need to arrange for the return of product to our facility at your cost. Return the product to the following address:

Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will issue credit to your account for the price of the product less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges on the original shipment are not refundable. Please allow up to 30 days for credit transaction to process.
NOTE: Swing N Slide has the option to send replacement parts at no charge to replace items damaged or lost in transit.
Shipping and Handling Charges and any Free Shipping Promotions noted by each item apply to contiguous 48 states only.
We cannot ship to or accept payment from Canada or other international destinations at this time.
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii - air freight costs will be higher. If ordering from those states, simply continue with your order. Customer Service will contact you the next business day with an exact freight amount. You may reserve the right to cancel the order at that time.
Additional Information for Customers ordering Wooden Playset Kits
Based on the size of the packaging (pallets 8-10’ in length), your order will be shipping on a large truck. When the shipment arrives at your local shipping terminal, you will be contacted by the shipper to setup a delivery appointment. The shipper will then deliver your playset to your address on a truck equipped with a lift-gate. You can expect the shipper to lower the large boxes to the ground in your driveway or your curb and you should not be asked to help unload. Please note that the shipper will not deliver to your backyard or other installation site.
Prior to signing a delivery receipt, make sure all boxes are intact. It is the receiver’s responsibility to check for any visible damage that may have occurred during shipment. If you find damage to the boxes, this must be noted on the delivery receipt before it is signed. You can still accept delivery, but the damage must be noted on the receipt. Upon further inspection, if you find that you have missing or damaged parts, you should contact our customer service department at 800-888-1232 within 7 days of delivery. We will immediately ship you replacement parts.
